CAIMS (Conservation Areas Information and Monitoring System) is an information system under development by the Sabah Forestry Department. The purpose of this website is to provide information on the totally protected forest reserves and conservation areas in Sabah, Malaysia, to be benefited for:

- Public Awareness
Conservation areas in this website are termed as natural landscapes that are preserved to ensure ecosystem balance and to provide water resources, soils and biodiversity for mankind. In CAIMS, class I, III, IV, VI and VII forest reserves are recognised as conservation areas along with Parks, Wildlife conservation area, Wildlife sanctuary and other conservation area.
